Her experience expands across hospitals, home health and hospice compliance. She is certified in Healthcare Compliance by the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA). She is trained, certified, bonded and insured by the National Notary Association.

Jacqueline can accommodate last minute signings and has immediate access to a laser, dual tray multi-functional printer. She carries $110,000 in Errors and Omissions insurance, providing confidence and reassurance to signing service agencies nationwide.

We are nationally certified, licensed, insured, bonded and have completed a thorough background check (updated annually).  

  • VALID GOVERNMENT IDENTIFICATION

    All individuals signing documents must have a GOVERNMENT ISSUED PHOTO ID present at signing (For a complete list of valid id options please click here.)

  • DO NOT SIGN DOCUMENTS BEFORE MEETING

    Please DO NOT SIGN ANY DOCUMENTS prior to meeting with Certified Signatures. Any documents signed prior to your meeting that was not witnessed when signing BY OUR AGENT will not be able to be validated even if the person who’s signature is on the document is present.

  • ALL SIGNERS PRESENT

    Please note that ALL SIGNERS MUST BE PRESENT for your appointment. If any additional required signature must be obtained at a different time or location then ADDITIONAL APPOINTMENTS & FEES must be scheduled.
